JMPD - a law unto themselves

On the 10 March at 5:35pm I found a JMPD vehicle (registration CR61DSGP) double parked in Kotze Street in Hillbrow. Where were the 4 officers? They were busy eating at a restaurant. I went in, asked the officers why they had double parked and the one explained that they would be leaving shortly. I explained that if I did the same thing, they would give me a fine. I took a photo and another officer then told me to leave as they were spending private time in the restaurant. When I came back at 5:52pm, the vehicle was still double parked. Three of the officers were still eating in the restaurant and one was now outside smoking.
JMPD... becoming the change they want to see in the world... NOT!
