Tips on how to be a good neighbour during a pandemic.

1. Check up on friends /Neighbours as often as possible and let them know that they are not alone in this. 
2. Be kind to everyone because you never know what they are going through at that moment. 
3. If you have extra food or clothes at home, donate them to the people in your community who are in need.
